Argentina initiates first AD sunset review investigation on China’s radiators for motor vehicles and tractors

On December 3, 2021, the Ministry of Productive Development of Argentina initiated the first anti-dumping (AD) sunset review investigation on radiators for motor vehicles and tractors originating in China based on the application filed by local enterprises Facorsa S.A., Industrias Manufacturas Konas S.A., and Auto Ventures S.A.

The products involved are classified under MERCOSUR Common Nomenclature (NCM) 8708.91.00.

The current AD duties are still in force during the period of investigation. This announcement takes effect from the date of issuance.
