Argentina’s Ministry of Economy issued a notice on February 12, 2026, ending anti-dumping (AD) measures on aluminum sheets from China.

This negative final determination resulted from a combined sunset and changed circumstances review. The previous AD measures no longer apply to these imported Chinese aluminum goods, effective immediately.

The products involved are 3xxx series non-alloy or alloy aluminum sheets meeting IRAM 681 standards, with diameters from 60 mm to 1,000 mm and thicknesses between 0.3 mm and 5 mm, under tariff codes of MERCOSUR Common Nomenclature (NCM) 7606.91.00 and 7606.92.00.
