Argentina's crude steel production grows by 32.2% in Jul

According to data from Argentina's Steel Chamber (CAA), Argentina's crude steel production reached around 430,000 tons in July this year, a growth of 32.2% compared to 325,300 tons in the same month of the previous year. Compared to 400,300 tonnes in June this year, the increase was 7.4%.

CAA commented that the steel demand remained stable in recent months. Shipments to the agricultural machinery and equipment sector remained stable at good levels, as well as in the construction sector, where cement consumption increased by 8.5% compared to June.
