Brazil extends suspension of CVD measure on China’s aluminum rolled products by 3 months

Brazil’s Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) announced on March 21, 2023 that it decided to extend the suspension of the imposition of the countervailing duty (CVD) on imports of aluminum rolled products by another three months from April 1, 2023, due to considerations of domestic public interest.

The products involved are under tax numbers 7606.11.90, 7606.12.90, 7606.91.00, 7606.92.00, 7607.11.90, and 7607.19.90 of MERCOSUR Common Nomenclature (NCM).

This announcement comes into force on the date of its publication.
