According to statistics from Brazil’s Ministry of the Economy, the country’s alumina exports totaled around 713,100 tons in November this year, hiking by 29.8% compared to the same month a year ago. The growth was mainly due to an increase in exports from Alunorte alumina refineries.

During the given period, the shipment from the Port of Belem was roughly 449,300 tons, a year-on-year increase of 44.13%.
