According to statistics, Brazil’s iron ore exports reached 33.68 million tons in June, up by 26.3% compared to the previous month and also rising by 12.2% from the same month a year ago. The volume hit a nine-month high.

The increase in Brazil’s iron ore exports was due to the hiked output at major iron ore producers such as Vale due to rising international prices.

As the commodity prices are rising in China, the price of iron ore is strongly supported by China's strong demand.
