Canada’s iron ore concentrate output grows in Jan

According to Statistics Canada, Canada’s iron ore concentrate production totaled around 6.99 million tons in January this year, rising by 39.6% compared to the preceding month and by 44% from the year-ago level.
During the period, the shipment of iron ore concentrate in Canada amounted to approximately 3.25 million tons, a month-on-month increase of 7.8% and a year-on-year hike of 43%.
