CHALCO invests CNY 906.45 million to boost Yunnan Aluminum Foil

Aluminum Corporation of China Limited (CHALCO) has finalized a strategic investment in Yunnan Aluminum Foil totaling CNY 906.45 million.
The investment was made through three subsidiaries, contributing a mix of cash and assets, including buildings and land-use rights.
Following the restructuring, CHALCO's subsidiaries now collectively hold a majority stake, with Chinalco High-end Manufacturing as the largest shareholder at 68.31%.
The capital will support the development of high-precision strip, sheet, and foil for new energy applications. This move increases Yunnan Aluminum Foil's registered capital to CNY 1.14 billion, further enhancing its market competitiveness.
