Chile launches AD investigation on steel bars from China

On September 11, 2020, the Chilean Anti-Price Distortion Commission (CNDP) launched an anti-dumping (AD) investigation on China’s steel bars used for the manufacturing of conventional grinding balls with a diameter less than 4 inches, based on a complaint filed by Compañía Siderúrgica Huachipato S.A.

The products involved are classified under HS code 7228.3000.

The announcement was effective from the date of issue.
