China’s A00 aluminium ingot price declines by RMB570/t M-o-M; Aluminium powder price inches down to RMB21.4/kg

On Tuesday, January 30, China’s A00 aluminium ingot price dropped by RMB 80 per tonne to settle at RMB 19,010 per tonne, with the average prices between RMB 18,990 per tonne and RMB 19,030 per tonne. As per the data, the SMM aluminium ingot price decreased by RMB 570 per tonne M-o-M from RMB 19,570 recorded on December 29.
As of today, the spot contract price may be traded at a discount price of RMB 10 to a premium price of RMB 30 per tonne. The prices in Gongyi and Foshan have descended by RMB 130 per tonne and RMB 120 per tonne to clock at RMB 18,850 per tonne and RMB 19,000 per tonne, followed by a fall of RMB 100 per tonne in Chongqing to settle at RMB 18,990 per tonne. On the same day, the price in Shenyang decreased by RMB 90 per tonne to reach RMB 19,030 per tonne. The A00 aluminium ingot prices in Wuxi, Tianjin, and Linyi have been contracted by RMB 80 per tonne to reach RMB 18,990 per tonne and RMB 19,010 per tonne. In Hangzhou, the price has fallen by RMB 70 per tonne to clock at RMB 19,010 per tonne.
