China’s aluminum alloy imports hike in Sep

According to statistics from the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China, China's aluminum alloy imports amounted to approximately 149,000 tons in September, surging by 694% from the same month a year ago, of which Malaysia was the main supplier.
Meanwhile, China exported roughly 24,000 tons of aluminum alloy, which dropped by 32% year on year. The exports to Japan accounted for the largest proportion.
