China’s average alumina price gains RMB1/t over one month; Low-carbon aluminium price rises 2.9% in eight days

China’s averaged alumina spot price has jumped up by RMB 1 per tonne to close at RMB 2,998 per tonne, while the alumina price in Shanxi has levitated by RMB 5 per tonne to officially stop at RMB 3,010 per tonne. On November 20, the alumina spot price was exactly the same.
The bauxite (6.0≤Al/Si＜7.0) price in Shanxi has increased by RMB 5 per tonne, resting at RMB 620 per tonne, while the bauxite (4.5≤Al/Si＜5.5) prices in Shanxi and Henan have escalated by RMB 10 per tonne to settle at RMB 515 per tonne and RMB 520 per tonne.
