China's crude steel & pig iron output increases in mid-Sep

According to statistics from China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), from September 11 to 20, the daily average of China's crude steel output was about 2.86 million tons, increasing by 1.5% compared with the figure from September 1 to 10, and hiking by 16.2% year on year,

Meanwhile, China's average daily pig iron production grew by 1.3% from the beginning of September and rose by 15.8% year on year to around 2.52 million tons.

Apart from that, on September 20, the stocks of finished steel in China's steel mills and spot markets went up to 26.38 million tons, increasing by 2% from September 10 and growing by 7% year on year.
