China's electrolytic manganese price driven by higher prices of 200 series stainless steel

After the Chinese New Year holidays, China's electrolytic manganese price increased further. Stimulated by the stainless steel price's going up, the price of stainless steel products has risen, including the 200 series which used electrolytic manganese.
It was expected that the stainless steel crude steel might be increased by 8.9% this year, and the stainless steel performance should be good this year.
Affected by the above factors, the domestic sales price of electrolytic manganese in China rose by RMB 200 yesterday. In the meantime, the export prices have also risen by US$20/ton.
