China’s iron ore price index rises on Jan 5

According to the data from China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), China Iron Ore Price Index (CIOPI) was 445.28 points on January 5, which was up 2.31% or 10.06 points compared with the previous CIOPI on January 4.

The domestic iron ore price index was 400.26 points, rising by 0.63% or 2.50 points compared to the previous price index; the import iron ore price index was 453.79 points, increasing by 2.60% or 11.49 points from the previous one.
