China’s manganese ore imports hike in Sep

In September, China’s manganese ore imports were about 3.13 million tons, hiking by 30.25% month on month and hitting the record high in the past two years.

Among them, the imports from South Africa totaled about 1.54 million tons, soaring by 55.1% month on month and accounting for 49.2% of China’s manganese ore imports. At the same time, the imports from Gabonese Republic amounted to around 588,000 tons, growing by 17.4% month on month.
