Although plenty of China's macro-beneficial measures were announced from the beginning of this year, the steel price didn't go upstairs.

In the past two years, the Covid-19 epidemic certainly impoverished people who may have had a plan to purchase a house before the pandemic arrived. Thus, the steel industry meets the abrupt decline of steel demand in the market due to the weak demand shown in the construction industry.

Meanwhile, as winter steps near, which also means the off-season of steel demand is coming soon, it is estimated that the local steel market may have to endure a very cold winter in the fourth quarter of this year.
