Dutch & British Tata Steel may break apart very soon

According to the news, Hoogovens and British Steel had merged and formed Corus 20 years ago, but now the Dutch Tata Steel and British Tata Steel might break apart.
British Tata Steel had applied for support from the UK government equivalent with EUR 565 million, which might encourage the breaking apart to happen because the UK government would avoid the British money end up in the Netherlands.
As known, Tata Steel Europe was planned to layoff around 3,000 workers and restore profitability in April, but the plan had been postponed to July at least, due to the impact of the COVID-19.
