EAEU imposes AD duties on leaf springs from China

The Department for Internal Market Defence of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EAEC) announced on February 19, 2021 that it decided to impose an anti-dumping (AD) duty on imported leaf-springs and leaves originating in China for a period of 5 years.

The duty rate was set at 14.11%. The announcement will come into force after 30 calendar days from the date of the official publication.

The products involved are under HS codes 7320101100, 7320101900, and 7320109000.
