The Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) has decided to maintain existing anti-dumping (AD) duties on stainless steel welded pipes, tubes, and hollow sections imported from China during the ongoing reinvestigation.

The review was initiated on November 13, 2025, at the request of regional producers including Globus-Stal, Marcegaglia Ru, Rusinox, and Sinarsky Pipe Plant.

The measures, originally due to expire on March 13, 2026, will now remain in force until November 12, 2026.

Under Eurasian Economic Union rules, AD duties may stay effective throughout the investigation period, which must be concluded within 12 months of launch.

Current duty rates range between 14.62% and 17.28% of customs value, depending on the producer.

The products fall under HS codes 7306 40 200 9, 7306 40 800 1, 7306 40 800 8, and 7306 61 100 9.
