EAEU makes final AD ruling on aluminum strips from China & Azerbaijan

It was reported that on July 20, 2020, the Department of Internal Market Protection of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) announced the affirmative anti-dumping (AD) final ruling on aluminum strips originating in China and Azerbaijan.

It was recommended that all Chinese companies involved would be levied an AD duty of 13.14%; Azerbaijani companies involved should be levied 16.18% AD duties, valid for 5 years.

The involved product is aluminum strip with a thickness greater than 0.2 mm but less than 3 mm, with or without coating (except the aluminum strip for aluminum can products).

The tax numbers of the products involved are 7606119100, 7606122009, and 7606129209.
