EEC starts AD duty investigation on aluminum foil from China

On March 28, the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission announced that it will start an anti-dumping (AD) duty investigation on aluminum foil from China. The object of the investigation is aluminum foil with a thickness ranging from 0.0046 mm to 0.2 mm, a width ranging from 20 mm to 1,616 mm, and a length greater than 150 meters, with or without backing, whether coated or not.

The product’s HS Codes under investigation were 7607.11.110.9, 7607.11.190.9, 7607.11.900.0, 7607.19.100.0, 7607.19.900.9, 7607.20.100.0 and 7607.20.900.0.
