After being approved by an ordinary general meeting, Egypt Aluminum (Egyptalum), the largest aluminum producer in Egypt, targeted a net profit of EGP 1.608 billion for the fiscal year 2022/2023. The ordinary general meeting has also approved the investment budget for the fiscal year 2022/2023, with a total self-raised fund of EGP 800 million.

The ordinary general meeting recommended raising Egyptalum’s total production to 310,000 tons amid global rising aluminum prices.

Egypt-based Egyptalum is mainly engaged in producing extruding aluminum profiles used in the construction and industrial fields, and it also does aluminum casting, dies, extrusion, alloys, painting, and anodizing.
