EU initiates second AD expiry review on China’s aluminum foils

The European Commission issued an announcement on December 17, 2020 to initiate the second anti-dumping (AD) expiry review on aluminum foil originating in China based on the petition lodged by EU producers on September 10, 2020.

The products involved are classified under CN code ex 7607 11 19 (TARIC code 7607 11 19 10).

The period of dumping investigation was from October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020, and the injury analysis period was from January 1, 2017 to the end of the investigation period.
