On July 9, Fujian Tsingtuo Special Steel, a unit of Tsingshan Group, successfully rolled its first full-process stainless steel plate in a dimension of 20mm x 2500mm x 6000mm. This achievement marks the industrial application of its globally pioneering “three-hot integration” process.
The "hot rolling-hot charging-hot annealing" process integrates online finishing and surface treatment. A key component is China's first 3500mm stainless steel steckel mill, featuring a maximum rolling force of 90,000kN and a speed of 8.0m/s. This technology is expected to enhance efficiency and product quality in stainless steel plate production.
