Global alumina production slightly increases in Jul

According to statistics released by the International Aluminum Institute (IAI), global alumina production totaled around 12.16 million tons in July, slightly growing by 0.9% from the revised figure in the previous month. The daily average production in July was 392,100 tons, compared to 401,600 tons in June.
In the given month, the estimated alumina production in China was 7.16 million tons, and the output in Africa and Asia, excluding China, was 1.209 million tons. Alumina production in Oceania was 1.445 million tons.
