Global primary aluminum production rises in Oct

According to statistics from the International Aluminum Institute (IAI), global primary aluminum production totaled 6.116 million tons in October, up by 3.3% compared to the previous month and by 3.9% from the same month a year ago.
In October, the global average daily output of primary aluminum was 197,300 tons, compared to 197,400 tons in the previous month.
The estimated output of China's primary aluminum was 3.65 million tons in October, compared to the revised output of 3.55 million tons in September.
