Gravita Togo SAU starts commercial production of aluminum cast alloys at new recycling plant

After spending approximately Rs 11.00 crores in the procurement and commissioning phase, Gravita Togo SAU, a subsidiary of Gravita India, has started commercial production of aluminum cast alloys at the new recycling plant in Togo, West Africa.

The new plant has an annual capacity of 4,000 tons in the first phase. It was expected that an additional revenue of around Rs 60 crores per year would be brought by the new capacity.

The new recycling plant will use domestic aluminum scrap for production, and it will meet the demand for aluminum die-casting parts manufacturing industry in countries such as China, Japan, Thailand, South Korea, and Vietnam.
