Recently, the 3D-printed thick breathable steel was lead launched by the HBIS Group and performance has reached the domestic leading level.

As learned, breathable steel is an innovative industrial material made of fine stainless steel powder particles through forging and high-temperature sintering processes. It is most used in the mold industry to make molds that need to be vented to improve air permeability and service life.

Besides, it is also widely demanded in fields such as automotive parts manufacturing, aerospace, and electronic equipment, which can reduce the mold clamping force and weight, save material energy, and simplify the mold structure design.
