IAI: Global primary aluminum production rises in May

According to statistics released by the International Aluminum Institute (IAI), global primary aluminum production totaled around 5.448 million tons in May, increasing from the amended 5.274 million tons in the previous month.
Separately, the primary aluminum output in China increased to 3.105 million tons in May, compared to the amended 2.997 million tons in April.
