India extends AD measures on hot-rolled flat products from 6 countries

On June 29, 2021, India’s Department of Revenue announced to extend the period of anti-dumping (AD) measures on imports of hot-rolled flat products of alloy or non-alloy steel originating in or imported from China, Japan, South Korea, Russia, Brazil, and Indonesia until December 15, 2021.

The products involved are hot-rolled coils of alloy or non-alloy steel of a width up to 2100mm and thickness up to 25mm or hot-rolled plates of alloy or non-alloy steel of a width up to 4950mm and thickness up to 150mm, classified under 7208, 7211, 7225, and 7226.

The products under the investigation exclude hot-rolled flat products of stainless steel, hot-rolled flat products of steel electrolytically plated or coated with zinc, hot-rolled flat products of steel otherwise plated or coated with zinc, and cladded steel.
