India makes first final AD ruling on China’s aluminum foil

India's Ministry of Commerce and Industry announced on March 14 that it has made a definitive final determination of the first anti-dumping (AD) sunset review on aluminum foil of thickness ranging from 5.5 microns to 80 microns originating in or exported from China, recommending to maintain the current AD duties at a rate of US$469-1,106/ton.

The products involved are under subheading 7607 of the Customs Tariff Act 760711, 76071110, 76071190, 760719, 76071910, 76071991, 76071992, 76071993, 76071994, 76071995, 76071999, 760720, 76072010, and 76072010.
