India starts AD review on stainless steel cold-rolled flat products from 7 countries

India has started a sunset review investigation of anti-dumping (AD) on stainless steel cold-rolled flat products from China, South Korea, the EU, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand, and the US.
The investigation was based on a complaint filed by Jindal Stainless, Jindal Stainless (Hisar), and Jindal Stainless Steelway, alleging that the cancelation of the existing AD order might lead to the continuation or reoccurrence of injury on the Indian market.
The products involved are under HS codes 7219.31, 7219.32, 7219.33, 7219.34, 7219.35, and 7219.90. The period of the investigation covered the period from April 2019 to March 2020, and the period of injury investigation was 2016-2017, 2017-2018, 2018-2019, and 2019-2020.
