Seaborne iron ore prices started October trading with gains, as a stronger futures market drove up values. The Kallanish KORE 62% Fe index rose $0.54/t to $121.04/dry metric tonne cfr Qingdao. The Kallanish KORE 65% Fe increased $0.41/t to $130.02/dmt cfr, and the KORE 58% Fe index lost $0.8/t to $106.19/dmt cfr.
