Commerciale Tubi Acciaio (CTA), a pipe company in Italy, has completed the acquisition of 100% share capital of Raccortubi, a global leader in supplying pipes, fittings, and flanges of stainless steel and special alloys.
This acquisition strengthens CTA’s position in the stainless steel market and integrates Raccortubi’s production phase with its core business including marketing, thereby creating synergies.
