Italy’s Metra acquires US’ Extruded Aluminum Corp.

Metra S.p.A., an Italy-based aluminum profile manufacturer, has completed the acquisition of Belding Machinery and Equipment Leasing, LLC and its subsidiaries, also known as Extruded Aluminum Corporation (EAC).
The financial terms of this transaction weren’t disclosed.
CEO of Metra said that the acquisition of EAC completed Metra's geographical expansion in North America and accelerated Metra's diversification strategy by entering the strategic field of solar panel production in the North American market.
