KPS Capital Partners to acquire aluminum extrusion producer Metra

KPS Capital Partners (KPS) announced that it signed a definitive agreement to acquire Metra Holding S.p.A. and Metra S.p.A., which a global aluminum extrusion producer.
The shareholders who sold the shares will retain 25% ownership of the company. After the transaction is completed, Metra will be the fourth acquisition completed by KPS Special Situations Mid-Cap Fund and KPS’s first Mid-Cap Fund acquisition in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region.
The transaction was expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2021.
