There are currently only two aluminum ingot foundries in France. The first foundry in France capable of sorting and melting all types of aluminum scrap will be built in Sainte-Hermine, called Coralium, with an expected annual production capacity of 20,000 tons, scheduled to be operational in autumn 2024.

The investment was worth EUR 30 million, jointly set up by Liébot Group and Fineiral. This foundry was expected to create 60 jobs.

The foundry will be set up in the concentration of aluminum window manufacturers in the future to get raw materials easily, and it aimed to recycle and process all aluminum scrap.
