Pakistan extends AD duties on aluminum beverage cans from 3 countries

On December 11, 2025, Pakistan's National Tariff Commission (NTC) issued an affirmative final determination in its sunset review of anti-dumping (AD) duties on aluminum beverage cans of capacities 250 ml to 300 ml imported from Jordan, Sri Lanka, and the UAE.

The NTC decided to continue imposing AD duties on these subject products for three years, effective retroactively from February 19, 2025. The existing AD duties are 26.54% for Jordan, 23.24% for Sri Lanka, and 22.06% for the UAE.

This sunset review was launched on February 8, 2024, with a review period spanning from January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2024. The products involved are under Pakistan Customs Tariff Heading Number 7612.9030.
