RUSAL intends to withdraw from Shenzhen-based JV, set up office in Shanghai

It was understood that United Company RUSAL (RUSAL) has decided to withdraw from its aluminum trading joint venture (JV) based in Shenzhen due to its anxiety of low sales.

However, RUSAL intended to set up a new office in Shanghai, part of its strategy to enhance sales and marketing of low-carbon aluminum in Asia, in order to improve the marketing ability in China.
