Russian primary aluminum & aluminum alloy exports to US rebound in Feb

According to statistics from the US Geological Survey, Russia exported a total of 17,700 tons of primary aluminum and aluminum alloy in February, growing by 91.14% compared to the previous month and also up by 73.52% from the same month a year ago.

In the first two months of this year, Russian primary aluminum and aluminum alloy exports to the US amounted to approximately 25,600 tons, sliding by 10.48% from the previous two months and dropping by 17.7% year on year.

On the other hand, the US totally imported roughly 494,000 tons of primary aluminum and aluminum alloy from January to February this year, declining by 15.26% compared to the same period a year earlier.
