Russia's aluminum exports slide in Jan

According to statistics from the Federal Customs Service of Russia, Russia's aluminum exports totaled around 173,000 tons in January this year, sliding by 33.3% compared to the same month a year ago.

During the period, Russia’s copper exports amounted to roughly 117,000 tons, surging by 229.3% year on year. The nickel exports were around 50,000 tons, compared to zero in January 2021.
