Russia’s apparent consumption of stainless steel increase in first 9 months of 2020

According to the local statistic from Russia, the total apparent consumption of stainless steel in Russia this first 9 months were around 372,300 tons, increased by nearly 6% year on year.

Among them, the stainless steel cold-rolled plate’s apparent consumption in Russia has increased by nearly 14% year on year, and the hot-rolled sheet was also increased by 12.4% year on year.

Moreover, the consumption of long steel products in Russia faced a 2.5% year-on-year decline in the first 9 months this year.
