South Korea maintains AD on China’s presensitized aluminum plates for offset printing

On May 3, 2021, South Korea decided to maintain the anti-dumping (AD) duties on presensitized aluminum plates for offset printing originating in China.

The AD duty rate for Kodak China Graphic Communications Co. Ltd., Shanghai Bocica Printing Equipment Co., Ltd., Lucky Huaguang Graphics Co., Ltd., Suzhou Huaguang Baoli Printing Plate Co., Ltd., and Zhongyin Printing Equipment Co., Ltd. was set at 10.32%, and that for other suppliers was 8.78%.

This measure was effective from May 3, 2021, valid for five years.

The products involved are under HS code 3701.30.9100.
