South32’s alumina output slides in Q3 FY21

South32, a mining and metals company headquartered in Australia, reported that its alumina production totaled 1.218 million tons in the third quarter of the fiscal year 2021, sliding by 13% compared to the previous quarter and also dropping by 5% from the same period a year ago.
The figure in the third quarter of the previous fiscal year was 1.276 million tons.
