Under the influence of the high-level nickel price in the international market, as well as the increasing stainless steel price in the Chinese market, mainly caused by the lack of material, Taiwan's stainless steel market situation turns better currently.

In December, since the new-released 304 cold-rolled coil quotation remained the same as before, buyers were not so active to make purchases at the moment. More buyers are now consulting prices in the market.

According to market insiders, as the market situation improved, if the nickel price is able to remain at a high level, the stainless steel price will hopefully maintain a stable uptrend.
