Steel Group SIJ cutting production due to energy prices

Steel group SIJ, one of Slovenia's largest exporters, plans to cut production by a third in September due to "exceptionally high energy prices and uncertainty as to whether buyers will accept such price conditions". A 40% cut in output is planned for the final quarter of the year.
