Taiwan’s stainless steel CRC exports decrease in Sep

According to statistics, Taiwan exported a total of around 43,000 tons of stainless steel cold-rolled coil (CRC) in September, dropping by 10.84% compared to the previous month.

Among them, the exports to the US accounted for the largest proportion, totaling roughly 2,900 tons, a month-on-month decrease of 22.53%; followed by South Korea with around 2,700 tons, down by 8.84% month on month.

The UAE ranked third with roughly 2,680 tons, sliding by 26.81% from last month. Italy followed after the UAE, with approximately 2,600 tons, plummeting by 39.05% month on month.

In the first nine months of this year, Taiwan’s stainless steel CRC exports amounted to around 437,000 tons, a year-on-year reduction of 17.39%.
