Tosyali Holding, one of the leading companies in the Turkish steel sector and the largest in Anatolia, planned to spend $500 million to acquire factories in Europe.

Tosyali acquired the Baika Steel Tubular System steel pipe plant in Spain in January 2024 to meet increasing demand and the expanding new hydrogen distribution network in Europe.

Tosyali's chairman said the company's steel production capacity must undergo new investments to reach end consumers. Currently, they are in negotiations for a new strategic acquisition in Europe, but no further details have been provided.
