Turkey has officially introduced a 3.95% anti-dumping (AD) duty on cold-rolled stainless flat steel products imported from China, effective on December 27, 2025, for a validity of five years.

Following an application submitted by the domestic producer POSCO Assan TST Çelik San. A.Ş. and supported by Trinox Metal San. ve Tic. A.Ş., the Ministry of Trade reviewed market data from January 1, 2021, to December 31, 2023.

However, Indonesian suppliers are exempt from the duties, as authorities determined that the country’s imports were dumped at a negligible level and did not cause material injury to the domestic manufacturers.

The products involved are under HS codes 7219.31.00.00.00, 7219.32.10.00.00, 7219.32.90.00.00, 7219.33.10.00.00, 7219.33.90.00.00, 7219.34.10.00.00, 7219.34.90.00.00, 7219.35.10.00.00, 7219.35.90.00.00, 7220.20.21.00.11, 7220.20.21.00.12, 7220.20.29.00.11, 7220.20.29.00.12, 7220.20.41.00.11, 7220.20.41.00.12, 7220.20.49.00.11, 7220.20.49.00.12, 7220.20.81.00.11, 7220.20.81.00.12, 7220.20.89.00.11, and 7220.20.89.00.12.
